Travis was extremely helpful. The store did not have the welder we wanted so Travis called the other Home Depot, had them physically put eyes on the welder, then had them hold it at the information desk with our name on it for pick up. Excellent help!

My daughter went in for primer at 3pm today 7/24/22 and paid cash for it. She was not offered a receipt. She had to go to customer service to ask for a receipt. Marilyn coach/lead in customer service/returns said they cant find a record of the purchase so they cant issue her a receipt. My daughter was told she could have selected print receipt or email, but she had to remind them again she just paid cash and was not given the option to select print or email receipt and she pointed out the man that rung her up. Marilyn asked why she needed a receipt, she had never used primer before and if this doesnt work out she needs a way to be able to return it. She had to leave the store without a receipt. It took 30 minutes to conclude that they cant find a purchase for the primer and that they can't issue a receipt. I have worked in customer service for many years and when you leave a place of bussiness after purchasing something with cash, you should be given a receipt. It just took unecessarily long to look up a cash purchase. Quite the pain and just seemed unprofessional.

Sometimes they don't have what I want in stock, though the website states its available. People are always friendly and willing to help. Ill be honest though, I prefer Lowes but Home Depot lets split my payments into 4 parts threw my PayPal.

They have some good prices. I will occasionally shop at the blue store or the red store. and I have found that the prices here at the Orange Home Depot store and quite a few things do tend to be lower than that at the other stores. Their staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
