Customer service hear is horrible! I make an appointment with them and when I show up the y don't have me on the schedule. Finally they get me an appointment , I drop my bike off, then they can't answer the phone or tell me when my bike is going to ready to pick up . The service manager has been great to work with and the parts department.

Absolutely wonderful place 💯 My bike's rear wheel bearing fell apart while riding and I had to have it towed here. Tim and Vanessa in service were great. They got me in on one of their busiest days of the year with a huge event going on. Come to find out I needed a new tire too. The bill was fair and service was fast. I will return to this dealership any time I am on that side of the state. Great selection of clothing and pretty much everything else too!

As long as the repair is not an honest warrantee repair. My bike is a paperweight waiting to get a warrantee repair response. Big mistake to expect an allegedly "honest" dealership to do a warrantee claim. Big scam artists.
They take trades for new bikes only. They do not buy out right.
They are good.
Try and hang up and call back, they might have forgot that you were on hold. They are pretty busy.
