So far so good! The grounds are clean and well kept and the manager, Terri, couldn't be any kinder. I have been on the waiting list for a few months and am anxiously awaiting to get to the top!!

I visited the office, this past Thursday, & I was greeted by the manager, Terri. Wow, what a very attractive young lady she is & so amazingly kind & helpful. I would enjoy living there, in the future. The premises appeared well kept & the atmosphere was very peaceful. I look forward to becoming a part of this elderly community.

Bonnie Hagins, there are many rent subsidized place all over in this region. Most all of them have a waiting list so you'll need to get started filling out free applications. Stop in, or call and request an application as soon as you can to get the process started! Welcome to Spokane and best wishes in your journey.
It won't cost over about $650 including water, power, garbage, however it is subsidized housing and therefore the rent is based on income. I'm fairly certain there are only one bedroom units and there is a lengthy application and waiting list.

My apology, we only offer one bedroom Apartments. The only two bedroom we have is likely to be occupied for quite some time. Additionally where is 62 and over, disabled, rent subsidized, and there's a waiting list.... kind regards and best wishes in your search
