I can't say enough good about this place and the wonderful, caring staff that work here! Open 24 hours a day for any emergency you might have with your pet! I don't understand the negative reviews about this place. Everyone from the staff at the front desk, to the techs that took care of our little guy were incredible!!! Very loving and caring, taking the time to come over and keep us updated about how our little guy was doing! All the vets here are great too! Is it the cheapest place to take your pet? No, but I don't want the cheapest place, I want the best, and that's what this place is!!!!

We brought in an injured stray cat as SCRAPS wasn't opened, and valley location unable to see him. The front desk personnel and the triage nurse very caring and empathetic. Long wait to find out the plan of care for the cat, as well as the financial piece. Would recommend again, for urgent needs. As highly committed and competent staff.

Do not bring your pet here. I brought my dog in after she ate some compost. After a couple days, she wasn't eating her food, so I was very concerned. $520 and 2.5 hours later, they said she was fine and sent us home with anti nausea meds. They said they did a pcv and total protein test but refused to provide results. When i questioned them about it they were very rude. After asking about why they charged for something that they didn't actually do, and no one could give me answers, the other people in the lobby started paying attention. So they moved me to a room away from everyone else. I believe they didn't want anyone to catch on to their scam. My dog came out with a bandage on her leg from the supposed blood draw. There was no blood on the bandage. I don't believe they even tested her, but they charged me for it. I never recieved any tests results. The discharge paper says no diagnostic testing was done. The discharge papers, the meds, and the invoice (which I had to make then give me) didn't match up at all. It was incredibly obvious that this place is scamming people out of their money in emergency situations. When they brought my dog out, her leash was so tight she couldn't breathe. No one there cared about the animals. It was all about making as much money as possible. They are taking advantage of people who are just trying to save their pets. You people that work there should be ashamed of yourselves.

My kitty had to spend several days at the ER due to a urinary blockage. When I had called and told them my cats symptoms they told me to bring him in right away. So we did, and immediately we were helped. No one wants to see their baby in pain, and knowing he wasn’t coming home with me was extremely emotional. But the ENTIRE staffer handled my emotions with so much grace. Jessica at the front desk was my life savor while I was dealing with this nightmare. I love that the Dr would call me with any new checkups on Greg’s condition and I felt like the staff was always able to answer my questions. Yes, it is expensive to have your animal cared for at an ER clinic but I never felt like they were trying to over charge me for anything. At the end of the day what mattered was that my cat was getting the care and attention that he needed, and he truly did get that with this ER. Greg and I can’t thank the staff enough for all that they did to help us.

Usually that would go to your Veterinary Clinic, BUT if your cat is having having trouble breathing and you think it is becoming an emergency please do not hesitate to bring your cat in.
Cash, Credit Cards, Care Credit, Scratch Pay, and AlignCare
We do not do stem cell therapy and since we have not come across the need for such references before, we don't have any recommendations at this time. We are very sorry Mr. Roberts! We will keep our ear to the ground and let you know what we hear!
What can you do if you suspects your veterinarian has committed malpractice? You can send a complaint to your state veterinary licensing board. ... You may also want to sue the veterinarian in a court of law: A lawyer can negotiate a settlement or bring a lawsuit. ... Another option is pursuing your case in small claims court.
I wouldn't. I would look for a specialized puppy formula.
Care credit or scratch pay
You should definitely make a call to your regular Veterinarian to make an appointment
I would take her in immediately. I hope you already have.
Pet emergency clinic is awesome
Yes they do. And they have a very caring and compassionate staff. As Rochelle said before me, yes, they ARE a bit more expensive...she must not have seen "Emergency Clinic" in their title
