OWNER is terrible. Manager & I had discussed me moving into a 1 bdrm so I could save $$ in rent. I currently am in a 2 bdrm. Maintenance guy that has been working on the 1 bdrm KNEW I was looking forward to moving into the smaller unit. Maintenance person also works on owners PERSONAL property. It appears that his grandmother needs to move into the unit & the OWNER made decision that everyone else be damned! FORGET any conversations the manager had with anyone else regarding the 1bdrm. I've been told there is another 1 bdrm, smaller than one I had planned on moving into, but no guarantee that it will be remodeled by end of June & same $$ for rent. Really?? TOO DAMN BAD that I really can't afford the rent in this 2bdrm. No offer to supplement my rent until the 1 BDRM has been remodeled, nothing. I even asked & mgr shot it down without even trying to go to bat for me with the owner or property mgmt company. And he tells me I'm a good tenant!! I asked the mgr if he wanted me to put a deposit on the 1bdrm, to assure I would be the one moving in. No, no Mgr said, we'll get the 1 BDRM done so you can move in. I have been jacked around & I seriously do not appreciate it. Still pissed. Moland Management has been ok. They have paid people, that live here, to write reviews. I am getting NO kickbacks with this review. I was told I'm a good tenant, well if I'm so good, flipping work with me on rent as YOU OWNER have no regard for a GOOD tenant!!! Really makes me want to stay here, NOT!!

I have been living in the Spokane View Apartments for almost 2 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The onsite Manager is always friendly, courteous and professional. The apartments and views are amazing along with the beautiful building and grounds really do make the whole package. I highly recommend calling this place home.

Definitely the best place I've had to call home yet! These apartments have one of the best views in town (if not THE best), a price that's fair-or better, on-site manager that gets the job done...truly a must see if searching! I feel safe here, and proud to call Spokane View home!!! ♡♡♡

Spokane View Apartments are great. They have an on-site laundry and manager. There is gated parking for residents and even quite a few covered parking spots for them also. They have been updating the complex and the apartments so don't let the neo-modern architecture sway you, the apartments are very nice and up to date inside. The windows were replaced recently all throughout the complex and it has made a huge difference in my heating and cooling bills. The two bedroom apartments come with very large windows and in the summer time they can be a bit blinding and produce a lot of heat. Overall a great place to live and a great management team.
