Hands down, one of the best hotels. We had such a great experience staying at Headland Coastal Lodge and Spa. We had our pup with us and she had an amazing time as well. They have pet friendly rooms and included water and food bowls with some treats and waste bags. Our room had a great view and was so comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was also phenomenal. There are few booths that are dog friendly which was great for us. Will definitely come back and highly recommend for anyone looking for one of a kind experience.

The location of this place is great! The hotel itself has amazing views and a nice aesthetic. The bathrooms at this place are kinda weird, they have this see-through glass that you see everything happening inside the bathroom from everywhere. Definitely, not family friendly I can say. The room had a lot of women hair on the wood walls too. Overall, the place needs better quality service. For the price and the fact that you have to stay for two nights at least, they can create more of a fun experience for their guest.

Beautiful property. Wonderful, clean rooms. Outstanding staff and service. The views are unbeatable. I have been told Pacific City gets very crowded during peak season. We went during spring break and it was a nice amount of people. The only thing I will say is that the town does not have much in the way of good food options. There are a couple gems but mostly the food sucks. That goes for the restaurant in the hotel as well. I would stay here again hands down but i will never eat in the restaurant. Horrible options and even worse prices.

The Headlands is such a nice place to spend a relaxing weekend at the coast. Pelican brewery across the parking lot, the little bakery there too. The restaurant at the Headlands is simply elegant, request a window seat. There's plenty to do in the area, but staying right there is good too. Be sure to wake up early to see the dory's launching right off the beach. We saw whales from our room too.

Opened in January 2018. The cottages at Cape Kiwanda were built about ten years ago. The headlands coastal lodge and spa which is a seperate building was built from the ground up with a soft opening in January 2018.
Summer is lovely in Pacific City. It can vary depending on the winds and weather patterns - sometimes we may see fog if it is hot inland and other times it can be very warm if we have an off shore flow or high preassure.
About $300.
