The place is a run down mobile home park. From what I understand you could get a house for the price you would pay for a mobile home and lot rent.

Im not sure of the availibility but the dogs ive seen were always on the porch because theres no dividing fences between homes its only one around whole park so i assume that if their little they would be acceptable
