Really cool place. It has a full restaurant, a patio that is covered, well ventilated and has heaters just in case. There is also a type of speak easy space to enjoy whiskey. One can see the kitchen from everywhere in the location. There is even an area to play ping pong, cornhole and others. Also liked that several of the areas have big sofas around a fire pit for big groups. The beer selection was not extensive but the beer was really good. The food was also excellent. Overall, really cool concept with good food, good ambience.

Came here solo on a business trip. The place was at 50% capacity at 6:00 when I arrived. The appetizer of spicy grilled Brussel sprouts where out of this world delicious. If you do not like Brussel sprouts then this is how you become addicted. The ribs were fall off the bone good and the sauce was a little heavy handed but vert sweet and had the right amount of tang to them. Good southern ribs. Coleslaw was solid as well- it is not often that a place out west does a decent slaw but I was impressed. Maybe would have liked to see some tomatoes in there but overall A-. Drinks: they have a very nice cocktails list so that was nice. I had one and it was fair- left no impression on me even though it looked amazing. The bartenders are talented just the drinks were forgettable. The beer menu was B+. I wish there were more porters or stouts on the list (2 if memory serves me) but decent list of IPA's and Pils.

Culinary Dropout was a blast! We came on New Years Eve to have dinner and it looked like a great space to eat and relax with family and friends. The dining area was very spacious and had extremely comfortable seating set-up throughout. There was also a covered patio area with some games and fire pits available to sit around. We ordered some of the cocktail specials that they had for NYE, which were very strong, fruity, and delicious! For food, I got the fried chicken plate, which was absolutely delicious. It came with a generous amount of the chicken, which was perfectly cooked and very crispy! I also loved the mashed potatoes that melt in the mouth and the coleslaw. The food everyone else ordered, including salmon, also looked great. The food was all beautiful presented and prepared, and I thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality and taste of it. The service was also very friendly, quick, and attentive! I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Culinary Dropout. It definitely looks like a great space for a wide variety of activities - I would love to come back!

Me and my husband came here to have something different for lunch. The atmosphere is very chill and recreational. There are ping pong tables and corn hole area in the back. Ive never seen tables with fire pits in a restaurant before. The food was a bit pricey and it took a little longer for the food to come to the table, BUT the food is of QUALITY and made from scratch, so please be patient, it is WORTH it! I had a chicken Caesar salad (with lightly TOASTED lettuce, that in itself is FANCY) and my husband had the fish and chips. (The fish was Alaskan rock fish which is a type if cod). He described the dish as light and fluffy. We were BLOWN away by the quality if the ingredients. Gabriel served us and was wonderful, and gave great conversation after the meal. The bartender was great, everyone is friendly and helpful and truly work as a team to seeve the guests. We will be returning not only to try brunch and dinner, but we'll be bringing the kids and mother in law.

The meatloaf was good. They put the ketchup on top so you can taste the actual meat plus the sweetness of the ketchup. The meat is very juicy w mash potatoes and green beans. Im not a fan of green beans so i didnt try them but the mash potatoes was good too.

Why is their ‘cannelloni’ actually an elongated, rather flat, ravioli? Is this why they are dropouts?? It was tasty enough, but I was excited for cannelloni :/ Maybe I missed the joke!

You can't expect good Italian style food from a casual American style restaurant.

Yes, but they focus on 'comfort' food that doesn't tend to meet GF criteria. The staff is super helpful and will work with you on your specific needs.

Why are you allowing your classy restaurant to be used a children's playground .I was very dissappointed to see that while I was trying to enjoy my delicious dinner . There were kids literally running around and even jumping on your gorgeous sofas.

Cristiana, I am gonna pretend this is a serious question and not a fake, ridiculous, spoof account. You are taking *one* dinner experience and throwing up a misguided post that makes you sound pretty reactionary.
