We ordered Vareniki with Farmer's Cheese - dumplings filled with cheese, Pirozhki - one with potato, dill dumping and other with cherry tomatoes, cheeses. For the drinks, I ordered Kvasss - a low alcoholic beverage with hints of rye, honey. My friend ordered a lemonade. Lastly, we ended the lunch with dessert.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. My friend and I came for dinner and did The Ruskie Zakuski Experience. It's $30 a person and the chef chooses different dishes to bring out for you to share. It was great paired with the vodka flight where we tried different vodkas, infused and from russia. Great experience. I would recommend it!

Wow! The wait staff team all knew the menu well and how to explain the dishes. The food was flavorful and the service was friendly, nice, funny and considerate. The pork on a skewer was well seasoned and prepared properly for optimal flavor. The stuffed cabbage was tasty and you can tell that a lot of care was put into its preparation. The selection of infused vodka was nice to sample but not my thing. The store upstairs had a nice selection of goods. This was an added bonus.

Besutiful and authentic Russian food. My mother was with us and is very picky. She enjoyed every one of the 8 dishes. Dumplings, stuffed cabbage, mushroom tartare, and salad were all top notch. The service was outstanding as well. Great experience, all around.

There are some options. You can check the menue online.
Definitely go even if you can't see the menu online - one of the best spots in town!
Hi Ekaterina, we state this policy on our website and when you book with us. Unfortunately Google does not have that as an option for us to select under Health & Safety. We will also accept a negative covid test taken within 48 hours of dining with us.
I'm pretty sure their delivery radius is 3 miles from the location, so probably not.
For a place this great it's recommended. But I'm sure any walk in is welcome. It's worth the experience either way.
Yes but you are more likely to sit at a table, eat nibbles and talk and drink vodka.
Kachka it depends on how you choose to eat. The $30 pp zakuski experience is good if it is your first time. That and a bowl of dumplings or a shashliki skewer is rather filling. This would run about 45. Drinks and tip ~55 - 80 pp. Herring Under a Fur Coat or Duck Oliver (if fish is not your thing), another cold or hot zakuski of your choice and then dumplings or shashliki will be around 35. Drink 100g house infusion 12. total 47 around 55 pp after tip. A traditional western course Salad + zakusi + soup + main + desert would be around 70 pp for food. Kachina is just down the street and has a lower price point. Menu items run from $3 to 15 for food. Expect 10 - 20 for food. Alcoholic drinks are 7 - 10. So about $25 to 50 per person after tipping
Russian tapas is the closest description i could give it. And incredibly flavorful.
I could sign one, it'll cost you an extra $20. 🤣
They only do day of reservations to my knowledge, but just call, I am sure they will do what they can to accommodate you.
I love this place. For sure people who refuse to eat anything other than basic American food should avoid it but the food is great.
