In short, this place is horrible. I was a patient for about a month. I was abused physically, and emotionally. No call button!!!! I was on a trech and unable to speak. Left in a bed to rot away. No physical therapy, no occupational theropy No food or water.(30+ days) Every time they were incompetent it was my fault! I was able to advocate for myself writing on tablet. I was taken by ambulance to Banner Baywood where I was in emergency care for 5 days, then transferred to 5th floor. Within days I received a speaker for my trech. I was evaluated by physical and occupational therapists who recommended Banner Rehabilitation Hospital. I was there for 2+ weeks. My trech was capped and I was able to eat. My trech was removed soon after! I finished therapy and walked to my Jeep (which has a lift) got in and my husband drove me home. I guarantee if I was still at The Plaza I would be confined to bed not allowed to use the restroom. Breathing on a respirator, not eating or talking. DO NOT put your loved one here!!!!! I could tell you more horrible facts. Just avoid this torturous place!

Here is the only reason. They refuse to communicate any health issues with my mom. She has been on civic watch at least 4 times without tell us or me who has her power of attorney. I have grandkids that live with me that have Health issues and we only find out when we ask NEVER once have, I received a call from anyone with an update from the facility. I have found out through my father and when I visit and ask, by that time its way to late. My mother was even transported to the hospital without me being notified. Now I have my father at my house visiting and exposing my kids because they didn’t tell him why my mother was isolation. In response to your response. Thats is absolutely false just yesterday after screamed and complained about the fourth time over the last 3 to 4 months, I received an email for the very first time in regard to Covic. I have asked plenty of time for communication and it has gone on without any at all. You have put my family health at risk for not communicating at all. even when my dad and I visit which is regular if not every day no one tells us at all what is my mother's health or her improvements or declines. Sample I was there on Saturday and had to tell the nurse something was wrong. her response was that she's been that way since she arrived?? That is a BS response because I found out through my dad the next day that her sugar levels were at 200 and that's because he asked. Look at your records or make them public to see how many time the Dr has called me or anyone in my family. The answer is 1-time that's when also had to scream and complain when she was taken to the hospital for a blood transfusion, and I was not contacted at all. I found out the next day. I can keep going if you like. Please advice

I have done the treatment with Plaza Health Clinic and it was an amazing experience. Very happy with the result, my smile looks perfect now, thanks to the Dr Ronan Perry and his amazing team! Every one in the clinic is super helpful and I was also profiting with tax rebate in the end of the year! I highly recommend this clinic! 5 star for sure without hesitation. Regards, Anna

Plaza Healthcare killed my mother. They hooked up her ventilator wrong (a 3rd party physical therapist and a CNA). My mother survived the injury but died 6 days later at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital with a heart valve injury. It's called BARROW TRAUMA. PLEASE consider another facility if your loved one is on a ventilator. Do your research. RIP Lorraine Tomlinson 7-4-2014
