I have found the world's Smallest park, located in Portland, Oregon. Definitely worth a quick, I mean quick stop to see at least once in a lifetime if you find yourself in Portland. It's certainly unique with it's one tree in the middle of the road.

Very cute park. I recommend visiting for the novelty purpose of the park. Very small so pack light

Meets all qualifications for a park, it's just... about the size of your hand. Tree to park ratio is outstanding, maybe best in the world. Not too difficult to find if you're on a mission. Things like this are the reason Portland is so hilariously spectacular.

For sure, get a largish sheet of paper and draw a circle on it. Boom, there's your map at 1:1 scale.

I researched top things to do in Portland prior to my visit. Seems that this is a city treasure. It's rare but cool ( I think) to see the smallest "park" in the world.

It's really easy to miss. There's a public restroom stall at the intersection, use that as a landmark
