My son had a liver transplant. Without any explanation CCL said they got an order to stop getting his labs. This would never happen to a transplant patient as meds are for life. I asked a supervisor to call me 3 times, no call ever happened. My son had critical levels of meds in his system and was hospitalized for 7 days.

While some front office staff were kinda rude and we had to be rescheduled 6x due to my son needing to be sedated - Ashley the phlebotomist was amazing!!!! She was patient and kind and so wonderful!!!!! Second time I’ve used this company and the phlebotomist are amazing!!!!!
