Staff are always very friendly and more than helpful with my questions and needs!! I myself have renters insurance and vehicle roadside assistance with this establishment. I mainly use the office in Biddeford,Maine and they are always more than meet my needs ! Thank you AAA for your many years of service to me and much more in the future !!!

I'm not sure if the AAA driver that came to tow my vehicle was from the Biddeford location or not, but I just wanted to say that the guy who came whose name was Chris was just plain awesome. He had a flatbed tow truck, and no one thought he would be able to get to the vehicle because if it's angle and narrow space. But Chris made it look easy. He maneuvered in a position where he could get that van right out. This was Friday night, 5 pm in Biddeford Maine, and he deserves recognition and praise for a professional job well done.

Their insurance department is very Lax! Does not send out new insurance cards after renewal, sends out EXPIRED declaration pages and is unavailable during regular business hours.
