Prices are fair for monthly parking, also on a day to day basis, especially when comparing to larger cities just a couple hours south. I read a review saying shady people hang out front, options,... avoid those who in your eye are "shady", then take a look at yourself ...

Pickering square is getting better there's not too a mini drug dealers you know hanging around out there anymore and I thank God for the bus systems so and the parking garage looks amazing because they you know they redid it so and Pickering squares clean.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I use the bus to commute and I dread going down here. The bathrooms are disgusting. The summer times people hang there smoking weed, shooting up while I wait with my children. If you go over pictures on the sex offender registry your bound to find half of them down there.
