How is it they are the only medical office in town that still files Disability Insurance claims with physical paper when its so readily available to file online now? Such a large medical presence in our area and Dignity is stuck in the stone age. Then to add insult to injury they don't even keep the paperwork on hand so it is on the patient to acquire it themselves through the EDD website, which takes 2-4 week to obtain and you only have 30 days to file a claim. Any communication with the front office staff for assistance is met with indifference and lack of "Dignity". I have been a patient of Julie Winter's for over a decade now and only started having problems with medical care when they transferred to being under Dignity's umbrella.

A short wait outside before entering for temp check and a couple questions. If you don't have a medical mask they will provide you with one. They have the seating area measured out so that everyone is 6ft apart and that it's not to crowded. Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is clean inside and out.

Dr Van Mol is absolutely excellent, and I am very comfortable being in his care. He is thorough, without being invasive, personable and is just a great doctor. I feel very fortunate to have found him these several years ago.
