Waited almost 15 minutes for a grande Pike!!!! Others got their drinks way before mine, and I ordered way before them. Totally unacceptable. Almost asked for money back. They lost my business.

Ive ordered coffee from this location for years and have always been pleasantly satisfied. This is the 3rd time ordering coffee and it is watery. Im done ordering from this store.

I was in the drive through and the man on the speaker He was very rude and dismissive while taking my order. He also then gave me attitude when he messed up my order. I remember what he looked like since he was the only guy with a man bun at the drive thru. He scoffed at me when I handed him money and not my debit card. This was the make or break experience and it broke for me. This man singlehandedly ruined this location for me and it saddens my heart. Im going to Montwood instead. >:(

I usually love this particular Starbucks and i’ve been very patient with it these past couple times. I’m a person who doesn’t write reviews very often unless I’m very satisfied or very upset . In this case I am very upset . The costumer service has always been good I already know most of them I absolutely love Amanda ! The girl with the red hair though, I believe her apron said her name is Hannah and she was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and I SEVRAL TIMES, this young lady kept rolling her eyes and responding very sarcastically every-time i asked her ANY question . Also when my drink was ready and she had to put it in the bar she threw it and didn’t even say who’s drink it was . I thought that was extremely rude , if you don’t feel good don’t go to work !! Anyways, she needs to be fired or trained better!!! Starbucks baristas have always had quality costumer service i don’t know what’s happening here ! This was my last time here , sadly.
