This RV park has the dirtiest bathrooms and showers I have ever seen at a campground. They weren’t cleaned the entire time we were here. I was horrified using the showers. They look like they’ve never been cleaned ever. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because it’s quiet and the RV sites themselves are clean.

Fantastic monthly rate! The only negative - the spots are narrow so you can barely put out your awning but you get to know your neighbors well! Just a ways off the highway so you notice the traffic more at night. Well kept clean RV park. The guys who work up front are super nice and helpful with any request. RV campers get first priority with RV repair service, so I got my awning fixed the next day at a reasonable price. Even though there are full-timers there it is clean with only one or two worn-out units. We found the park exceptionally peaceful and safe during our visit. They have a great RV supply store in the office too!

Decent park with level gravel sites and OK wifi. Sites are all pretty close to each otherso there's no privacy. Park is close to the freeway, but the noise wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. Worked for a one night stay! They don't offer ANY discounts.

Not an RV resort but also not priced like one. It was clean, inexpensive and easy on/off freeway access. Not to mention easy passthrough spots for my large rig. All utilities worked perfectly and the area was safe. They have a laundry room and some areas in the back to walk my dog. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend if your using through and wish to stay in El Paso a night or two.

Yes we do have free WiFi. As we add additional RV spaces to the park we will be upgrading the WiFi system as well to better serve all our guests. Thank you for asking.

Sorry Mr. Wiley, we charge $150 deposit plus $400 (monthly rent) the following months, you will pay $400 plus electric... the $150 deposit will not be lost, that pays for your final electric bill, if its less, you'll get it re funded back to you... If we do not have a long term spot ( metered) available , We may offer $600 a month spot... no deposit required and we pay the electric

Mr. Kidd, I don't have a park layout map that I can send through this format. I can tell you that Space #21 is the second space from the restrooms, showers, and laundry room which is located at the front of the park. We do have security cameras throughout the park. If you can send me an email from your personal account I will try and send you the park layout photo. Thank you Doug
