Apartments need some upkeep. The repair work is obvious and not very professional. The neighborhood is quiet though. Looks like a peaceful place to live.

I tell you I am impressed with Denise, I was having a not so good day because apartments have been giving me the run around all day. I had been calling Lee Trevino place all morning and there was no answer until about 2:00pm. Lady called back in at that time I was just a little upset I told her I was looking for three bedroom she said she didn’t have any which was fine but the simple fact that I have been calling just to hear this was ridiculous when Facebook advertise it as being available I had told her I left a review on here because they are not responsive and I hung up. Denise actually called me back, she was very professional ,very nice ,she listen to me ,she understood what I was going through after I explain my situation to her, she said she will try her best to help me find a place. Even if she does not , it I’m very appreciated her calling back and being very professional and that meant a lot especially with dealing with apartment managers in with them having an attitude or don’t call back or a response. Thank you

I am a current resident at Trevino Place Apartments. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the apartment community and the whole team at Trevino Place. They have all been nice, helpful, accommodating and have made the transition to this community one that has been very easy. I love the layout of my unit and could not be happier. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place to move to. I hope to be a resident here for many many years! Thank you Trevino Place for providing me a wonderful place to call home.

The complex is nice but the manager is something else. She plays favorites and is always flirting with the men. She tries to be professional but is always using short dresses and shorts. I have also had a roach infestation but no pest control yet. If I could put 0 stars I would due to how unprofessional these apartments are being managed.
