These apartments are a real scam very disorganized and way over priced. First off they will not tell you the exact price you will pay until you sign. BEWEAR of hidden fees they do not tell you about AT ALL. The front office is very hard to contact. They never answer the phone. Maintenance is terrible. We put in 3 work orders over the span of a year for a broken dishwasher and no one ever came to fix it until the week we moved out. When we moved out we cleaned the place good as new. They kept our security deposit and charged us $200 to have the carpets cleaned! Would not recommend anyone live here. Very dishonest and all they care about is the money.

Scam artist. First off, way over priced apartments in Orem. I found a townhome 3 block over for $400 cheaper/month with more room. Second, kiss your deposit away. They will lie and add more charges on top and will not even send you an invoice. Management is so inconsistent, been there for 3 years and I swear they have new management every 6 months. They won’t answer the phone and are never in office. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

Lived here for a year and had numerous problems through out it. Starting with our washer leaking water leaving a huge puddle on the floor almost every use. We had maintenance come in to check but with no fixes I just did laundry at my parents home. Also there are businesses behind the building that sometimes work through the night keeping me awake. PLUS could hear my neighbors all the time, not a very convenient place compared to other places like the Aston. They also decided to paint the whole Apartment giving us $1000+ in charges which was absolutely not needed we left the apartment in the condition it was given to us. I’m just glad to be out of there though :)

Lived here for 2 years. Once management changed to who it is now we had an exceptional experience. Fast turn around time for maintenance requests. Quality customer service whenever you have a question or complaint. Beautiful apartments with a very nice internet package. An awesome pool with a nice setup. Tenants are great. Rent is appropriately priced. Utilities are low. Seriously no complaints.

It just barely transferred management groups. It's too soon for me to have an opinion on the new people but the old people just didn't really care about anything. When we moved into our first 1 bedroom, the paint job was really slapped on and all the door stoppers were missing. They also didn't clean beyond a quick vacuum of the carpet. Everything had a good amount of dust Same thing with when we upgraded to the 2 bedroom. It had been available for a little longer and they didn't even check it because there was mold in the dishwasher and toilet tanks. They also never left the office so they didn't notice how bad the dog poop had gotten and how trashed some of the hallways were. Someone had thrown a soda or something on an empty apartment door and walls and it was like that for a full week until we called and left a message. They were nice people and maintenance fixed all our stuff quick but I don't think that warrants the price compared to someplace up in Salt Lake or whatever.
