Not worth what they're charging. The bed sheets looked filthy, the lobby is always uncomfortably hot, and staff at the counter aren't of much help when trying to rent a room with a company credit card. I'm going to be sleeping in my truck for the next 2 nights. Thanks Microtel.

Let me preface this, I've stayed all over the world and in some not so great places like Juarez, Mexico. This hotel is in the top 10 worst. Its just plain disgusting. It's dirty, unkempt, over-priced, and poorly run. I've seen some reviews of the area and sure there are homeless but honestly, homeless people aren't anything to fear or stigmatize against. It's the things within the hotels control that make this so bad. They appear to have just given up on maintaining anything. Put simply, it's a dumb that costs $70+ per night. Unless you're desperate, go anywhere else. I promise you, almost anywhere else is better.

Room could have been cleaner. (There was something sticky on the desk and there was a glob of hair on the carpet.) The check in was pleasant. Continental (cold) breakfast. Get a room with a view and enjoy.

I was in a jam very late at night and called to get reservations for 7 people and 2 dogs. The manager answered and could immediately tell I was tired and stressed and he helped me. He got me two rooms and gave me great deals to help lower my stress. He even kept the deals for another night and didn't charge me when I needed a couple extra hours after my discharge time. He was friendly and helpful, and if ever need to stay there again, I will.
