Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience with this hotel. We came here wanting to experience a new area and hotel. While it’s close to Uptown Albuquerque, the hotel itself is hidden behind construction and isn’t that great of an area. From the moment we came in, we knew this hotel wouldn’t be as good as we would like. Firstly, they don’t answer the message system within the Hilton app. We sent several messages over our stay and never got a response. Second, the air conditioning units within the rooms are obnoxiously loud and don’t stop running. We had to turn ours off to be able to sleep. Third, the restaurant will charge you a $4 delivery on food you order even if you order food to go at the restaurant and pick it up yourself. We had to ask staff to remove this as it didn’t seem appropriate to charge this if they weren’t delivering anything. To be fair, their chicken tenders are really good and fresh. Fourth, the restrooms do not have toilet paper holders. Really bizarre for a hotel as you’d expect this in the restroom. Fifth the showers do not have any soap holder/ledge to keep soap on. Again it’s really weird as this is a really basic configuration in hotel showers. Sixth, the toilets are somehow connected to the sinks. Whenever you flush toilets, you can hear it flushing from the sink as well. A little weird and unsettling. Last, the gym is really small. One cardio equipment of each basic type and a few free weights are in this small room. It does connect to a decent pool though. Overall I don’t think I’d stay here again just due to the list of things that this hotel could greatly improve upon.

Don’t be fooled by the outside. Our room was not cleaned prior to arrival, the towels still had dirt on them from the last guest and leftover items still on the floor. There was a party going on above us with yelling, banging, and music until early hours of the morning. The wallpaper in our room was literally falling down on multiple walls from water damage. Breakfast was not complimentary and they wanted $13 for toast and 2 types of fruit. You could get a serving of eggs for $20! What!! No bottled water available in the entire hotel. Seriously save your money. We were so frustrated.

I specifically chose this hotel so I could spend time with my children after work at the water slide. We were going to also celebrate his 6th birthday at the pool water slide (3rd picture). There is NO water slide! Please remove this slide from your pictures. All the staff are super nice and happy; I will definitely increase this review if management corrects this issue!!

I wrote a very lovely review for this hotel a few months ago and am revising because of my most recent stay. The front desk worker Hannah was exceptionally rude the entire time I was there. When I checked in she made it a very clear point to let me know it was an issue that we were checking in 40 minutes early and sounds very upset when she radioed house keeping to ask for a clean room. Bear in mind my husband said right when we walked up that he knew we were early but just wanted to try. As diamond members, we asked if we could have two bottles of water and when she got them, she slammed them down on the counter. No “have a nice stay” or “elevators are down the hall or anything”. Just the room keys and not a word. We pay these peoples paychecks, right? Why am I an inconvenience to her? I was thinking maybe just a bad day but the next morning we came down and overheard her telling another employee some very bad things about other coworkers and how she’s the only one who knows how to do anything around there, with several other guests in ear shot. To make matters worse she let the new girl at the desk attempt to check us out without helping her at all, while gossiping with what looked like a restaurant server, the girl in a bright red sweatshirt. Talk about unprofessional. Not going to be back anytime soon, maybe we will try again in six months and hope they’ve gotten rid of the bad seed by then.

We have been there twice and it's never been opened.
