This hotel sucks! Booked my rooms 7months ahead of time and called . Called specifically to make sure we had adjoining rooms. Called again 2 weeks ago to also make sure. Was told YES all good for adjoining rooms. Arrived and they confirmed verbally “adjoining rooms?” Then gave me No adjoining rooms! They suck. Not to mention they don’t know if they are a Hyatt or Clyde hotel

Not worth the money. Room wasn't real clean. Nothing terribly fancy about the room especially not for $339 a night. The basic hotel bathroom was disappointing as well.

Stay here if you want to be treated second class. My husband and I booked a presidential suite with our rewards points. We usually stay in a king room, but decided to splurge this time. #1: the toilet in the master bath smelled so terrible, like old urinal cakes. It was sickening. #2: out of the 3 climate control units, only one worked and the other two were just blowing out very very hot air. We decided to stay and just deal with those things. My husband went down to the basement to our car to grab a couple things and mentioned the two problems above. They didn't offer to fix these things, just move us. We had 2 nights booked. The next morning I found a roach in the sink in the suite. I was done at that point and wanted some sort of resolution. We went downstairs to tell them all the problems, to get some compensation or be moved. We were told by Evelyn that we weren't actually booked for the second night and the only place we could be moved to was a king room because all the other presidential suites were being saved for the "investors". She mentioned several times that we "booked with points" and were "only silver members", implying that's why we couldn't get help. Once again, no one offered to do anything about the problems. It was made clear that they just wanted us to leave. While trying to get answers and things sorted, we were dismissed over and over again. Evelyn would say that she was "in a meeting" even though I could very clearly see her in the back eating and watching TV. The treatment we received was awful. We were made to feel that because we used points we shouldn't get good service. I also have a pretty good idea that the room they put us in is reserved for people who use points and for parties. Room number is 1903

If you are planning to book a wedding here DON'T!!!!!!!! I was told in last year early January they would be fully open and ready. Then had to hear on the news they were closed. Took weeks to get a response from the coordinator JACOB said no it was fine. Four months before my wedding still hadn't heard anything finally heard back it was a no go, due to staffing. Worst service ever asked for my deposit back in June of 2021 still have not received anything. Disappointed in this establishment. Considering small claims court.

I was told by the front desk that there was no jacuzzi suites.
The Hyatt has a parking Garage. If it's to big speak to the General Manger. There is plenty of Space off the lobby....like a city block. He is nothing but acomidating.
There is a menu with price of everything and you can choose To take the buffet for $20us
I asked and no, they only provide a shuttle for pilots and flight crew.
Self parking is $16/day with in an out privileges of parking garage. Valet is $20/day
Yes there is across from the hotel
They have valet parking available, or you can use their garage. They use one level during the week and two levels during the weekend. Don't loose your ticket!
