You people are a joke. Do not call me and delete my information in your system. What is the point of having a scheduled appointment if you don't see your patients in a timely manner and not updating them as to why is taking a long time in calling them is common courtesy especially if they've been fasting since the night before. My appointment 11:30am I arrived 10:30am another patient arrived after me approximately 10:40am had appointment with the same Dr I was scheduled with to have my procedure Dr yang . That patient was late to his appointment as that is what he stated when he arrived. They called me to urinate in a cup and change clothes at 11:58am to have me wait some more in a little room cold and hungry I waited until 12:30pm and left without saying a word then they call my phone left a voicemail because I'm not picking up saying they were about to call me or if I want to reschedule . Lose my number!! You ain't hearing from me. Fast forward to August 11th I received a bill of $25 for no show !!!! Ha ! you not getting a penny out of me!!! I will hire a lawyer!!

I have been coming here for five plus years. This is the absolutely worst managed medical office. The Physicians have been wonderful but I am seething as I write this and it is all about mismanagement. I travel 2 hours to get to this office longer when I've taken public transportation. It is more than frustrating to have checked twice about medication being ready and available for my procedure i was assured they had checked and it was indeed there for me. I arrive sit waiting only to find that there is no med that delivery had been attempted but no one was there to receive it. No wonder at 9:15 they had yet to begin checking in patients. So here I sit waiting while my husband takes off the day to bring me and sits there until traffic cops come around. and then he drives around. I have never seen turnover such as in this office. No one identifies themself or wears any means of identification such as a badge with name and position featured prominently. I have worked in health care for 40 plus years and have never seen this degree of poor office management and unprofessionalism.

Hi Robert, the practice does accept Medicare. Regarding the prescription drug card, it isn't necessary for us to obtain that information. Your preferred pharmacy is where you would inquire about that. Feel free to call us with any additional questions you may have!
