Hugely incompetent. Made my life hell last year harrassing me for thousands of dollars that I did not owe. I sent proof after proof of this, but it wasn't until the one with the brain figured out that I was correct that they rectified my status. What a tremendous waste of my time, taxpayer money and restful sleep.

They make it absolutely impossible to pay your tax bill. The hours DO NOT WORK FOR THE WORKING CLASS. They tell me I'm required to make a payment but I can only make a payment during certain hours, at a certain location in a certain way. MRS is as helpful as our governor. Please make it easier for us to pay.
