If I could, I would give a negative review. I moved in when the property was ran by Avenue5, I absolutely never dreamt of leaving. The leasing agents were attentive, caring, and even knew me by name. Customer service was 15/10!! Property was regularly cleaned (we pay for this as residents) and maintenance was responsive. Shortly into the pandemic, Greystar has taken over and it’s gone to complete garbage. We pay for routine grounds cleanings monthly that do not happen (there’s literally trash everywhere), emergency maintenance tickets go unattended or check as completed with zero resolve to the issue. They let major hazard issues that present safety issues go unresolved to be fixed by the residences themselves. There is absolutely no understanding when you come to the management with issues as a resident. You would think living at a property for over four years would warrant some sort of courtesy being a loyal resident. This is not true. This property lures you in with the beautiful apartments and fancy features. Do not be fooled. Also, personal shout out to Jennifer! She will do absolutely nothing to help you with your issues. She lacks grace and a heart. She should be fired.

We have been living at this complex for the the last 3 years. This place is extremely dangerous for families. Within the last 3 months, our car got broken into twice and our mail package was stolen. And there is nothing we can do about it. In addition to that, we hear horror stories from the police and neighbors everyday.

Recently moved from these apartments for many countless reasons. I actually have never done an apartment review until these apartments but I felt it was necessary. Before I start I do want to mention that the staff are so really nice and I have never had any communication problems with staff at these apartments. From the day we moved it has constant been issue after issue. They changed managing company’s about a month before we were going to move in. We weren’t notified until like 2 weeks before our move in date. because we weren’t notfied I had to repay for rental insurance again it was annoying. We were supposed to get a 1000$ move in gift card via our originally contract (Which WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED!). They said they would put towards our rent, we declined that and wanted the card like originally set up. They said the managing office was sending it never got it. It’s been over a year. We first moved in and the apartment wasn’t even ready (cleaning ppl still there as we are moving in, even after confirming move in times and everything). I have never recieved noise complaints in my life until these apartments. For my dogs barking. Now I will admit they are loud barking and when ended up having to shock collar them and still needed up with multiple noise complaints! We even installed a pet camera in our house to confirm the times our dogs were barking which they weren’t 🙄. It was very stressful living there. The apartments themselves however are not great. For the price that you pay they are cheaply made. It is extremely noisey (we lived on the first floor and could hear some one whistling from the bottom story from outside). I’ve never lived in an apartment with such thin walls in my life. On top of that there was constant marijuana smell seeping into are apartment through the pipes, walls, etc., and it was just very annoying. Our car got broken into along with my neighbors car. Nothing was done. This was the worst apartments I’ve lived in ever and I only gave them 2 stars because the staff was nice.

Me and my partner was in town and took a tour at these apartments, beautiful!!!! We loved everything about the area, apartment, and amenities! Cool staff as well. Leslie helped us out with the tour and was kind.
