It's been quite some time since I've been to an IHOP. This one is quite small on the inside but still cozy enough to enjoy a meal. My waitress, Lisa, was excellent with the Customer Service and I was served rather quickly. I'll definitely be returning here.

Tres leches pancakes to go = disgusting regular pancakes. Over 30 minute wait. Eggs disgustingly cold. hash browns too greasy. never coming back.

Waited 5 minutes to get seated after the people in front of me were seated. After being seated, we noticed the people that were seated in front of us had their drinks. We waited another 10 minutes and nobody came over to us to ask us about drinks, so we left. I have had better service with less staff and only half the dining area was being used. Apparently the staff had plenty of time to talk behind counter with manager, but total disregard for patrons.

Our server was very attentive to us...constantly checking to see if everything was okay...we had Breakfast for Dinner!!...Pancakes were great!!

Yes. I believe there's all you can eat pancakes still available.
My Google search of, "can kids eat for free at iHop?" Said 12 and under but only in April and May. That's odd!
