Friendly staff. Dr. Atwood was very knowledgeable. Procedure was quick but a little tricky to remove. A no-frills room environment. Overall Good Experience. Parking in parking garages within a couple blocks, so drive your small car and add 15min to your a arrival time to find parking, or Uber.

Made an appointment online for an emergency root canal. The site confirmed the appointment. When I showed up the office was closed. Someone called and rescheduled the appointment for two hours later. I waited in so much pain. After the second appointment time slipped by I got a call saying no one was coming. I ended up going to a great dentist far south. DONT GO HERE! Who does that!?

1. They called me asking me to come in 30 minutes early, so I did. 2. Dentist showed up 45 minutes late to the appointment. 3. Double booked my appointment slot. 4. When I asked if I could use the restroom he left the building and had his assistant ask me to come back in 90 minutes because he decided to take lunch. That was the same excuse he used for being 45 minutes late. I canceled the rest of the appointment and decided to go else where. Absurdly unprofessional

I was overcharged by $10 over 18 months ago and still haven't received a refund. They mentioned that my refund is "processing" and have no way to check its status. Plus, the filling I got has remained sensitive to cold ever since I got it -- despite nothing looking wrong on an X-ray. My regular dentist mentioned that redoing a filling can cause even more damage so it's better just to live with it until the sensitivity becomes unbearable. The staff was polite, granted, but their lack of follow-up to my refund doesn't show the same courtesy (I last emailed them a week ago and still haven't received a reply...this might have been my 5th followup!).
