Honestly it's the best thrift store I've been to so far in the area! Great selection, well-organised and friendly staff :) will definitely come back

Great selection of apparel, shoes bags and accessories. I always find something much needed for my wardrobe. Plus you can make some extra cash or store credit selling items of yours to them; which, is generally easy and quick.

I've sold here several times but I've finally decided I will no longer return. They are not worth it. As another reviewer stated, they are pretty pricey for a thrift store, and then on top of that they low ball you so incredibly much for the items you are selling to them. I'm not exaggerating when I say they really do rip you off (and my items are usually all Nordstrom or Macy's items) and once they've accepted what they deem fit and given you next to nothing for these items, they sell those items back in the store for quite the profit. Also I've went to donate a nice 70 dollar black blazer I got from Macy's that I literally wore maybe 2 times, and a pair of 80 dollar black Clark's classic dress shoes (that were very lightly worn because they weren't my proper size, so they were almost as good as new), these are things that are always in need; someone always needs a nice blazer and nice shoes to wear to work or wherever, and they didn't even accept those. They tend to do this a lot, reject quality items for reasons like "they aren't in demand" or whatever. Y'all just sell on Poshmark. You will def get a much much better return and experience.

The costumer service is excellent! This review is both for the store and for their associate Lolita! I called ahead and asked them to hold an item for me (if it was still there). Lolita was super helpful! In addition to my item on hold I also got 3 other wonderful pieces that are generally high-end for like a 80 discount!!!! I love this store, I cannot believe I have been sleeping on it this long!

Hello, We do not buy in swimsuits. Best regards
I just took in five bags of clothes. They took in the majority. If it is in like new condition, designer labels, vintage or within the last two seasons they will accept it. Be sure there are no stains or tears. Also, don't take them dirty or wrinkled laundry. They want to put it directly on the floor after they purchase it. All the clothes they didn't want and I didn't want were donated by them. My drop off had approximately a $800 value to them which gave me $350 in store credit or $250 in cash. I was pleased and plan to be back.
I have been told depends on how busy it is. I would say call first before u come in and find out how long their line is. If it's 2 hours till close I'd say don't bother going in.
