We rent a class C 24 ft with Road Bear last week. Dirk (if i remember his name correctly) was extremely helpful in helping us schedule an early pick-up. Another gentleman helped answer all my questions patiently and demonstrated how to use different equipments during pick-up. The vehicle was in great condition and slept 6 people (including 2 kids) comfortbly. Return process was super smooth and no unexpected charges. Dirk even showed me what the inside of a class B looked like after I asked him some questions about the new model. We also rent a class C 30ft with roadbear in summer of 2021 and also had a great time. The black water pipe hook underneath the truck got broken (we didn't know when and didn't know why) so we tied it up with our rope at the campsite. I was worried that I might got charged extra money for fixing it. But staff was very understanding and even apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us for temporarily fixing it with a rope. No extra fees were charged. We enjoyed both our trips and will definitely come back to rent with road bear RV again!!

We rented a new Winnebago Solis from Road Bear RV in Seattle. We had it for a week and drove down the Pacific Coast Highway, then to Columbia River Gorge and Mt St Helen's area staying in State and National Parks. It was perfect little van for us! As impressed as I was with the RV, I was more impressed with Road Bear. From the first time I spoke with them they were professional, communicative and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend renting with them. Thanks for a great experience Road Bear! It was a pleasure dealing with you!

I rarely write reviews but make an exception here as I had very good experience. I am relatively new to campervans, with extensive. experience camping. In this sense I. come from an activity background interested in hikes and the outdoor experience. We also have a small child thus our upgrading from tents to a more toddler suitable environment. I am also prompted in writing this review by comparison. We rented at the most affordable price point out there thinking that an RV is an RV. It was the worst. For example it had lowd dust burning heater system, smelly etc. Then we rented the Solis from Road Bear, and it was worth every penny. The process is simple, professional and customer service oriented. Everyone of their staff was excellent and friendly. The pick-up to the check-out was seamless and flexible. And their equipment is state-of-the-arts. The Solis is the perfect off-the-grid adventure van. We were super stoked on the Van! It was practically brand-new. So in conclusion, the Staff is amazing. Thank you all. And the Vans are of the best quality which makes a world of difference. I would recommend Road Bear service to all my friends, and we will go with their rentals from here on out.

Wonderful experience. Hired a class C from Seattle and couldn't have had a better experience. Wonderful modern vehicle in perfect and clean condition. Easy pick up and drop off. Extended out trip for three days we had so much fun. We will be back. Thanks everyone!
