Just stopping in to say thank you for the service I received at your location tonight. I ended up at the Craig Rd. location after waiting in line at the Deer springs location for 40 minutes and had to leave without placing an order. You can see my review on their Google reviews. When I arrived you all had the same number of cars in front of me as the precious location. The difference was that I was able to order, pay, and leave with my food in appx 15 minutes. The staff still had a smile after a long shift and I can't tell you how much I appreciated the service. Keep up the amazing work!

Usually pretty spot on with the drive through, but today they were all over the place. I ordered an 8-piece with Cole slaw being my large side and had also asked for two individual chicken breasts for my mum. They got the 8 piece itself right, but they gave me rice and beans instead of Cole slaw, and Cajun fries instead of the two chicken breasts. After getting home and realizing the error, my mum ordered a 4-piece meal to make up for the drive through error. It was supposed to be one of each piece of chicken in a 4-piece. They instead gave her three wings and a breast. Major fail tonight on the drive through.

The customer service, or lack of, is what I would like to mention. First, the order was taken incorrectly. Once at the window and that issue remedied, we found the price was overcharged. When mentioned to the young lady, she just stared, folded her arms as if to say take your bag and keep driving, which we did. I looked at the receipt to find that she had charged more for one of two exactly identical meals. As regards the lady with the folded arms and attitude in the window, not professional! As far as overcharging and not owning it, that's on you and management if you have a conscience. I'm "giving" 4 stars for the persons who prepared the food. And no, I will not be a tag-a-long to Popeyes in the future.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. The order taker was very rude, she was rushing me to order, over talked me several times. Forgot one item (glad I caught it before I left the window). Ordered a 4 piece kids meal chicken nugget for my grandson. Got it home and my daughter gave it to my Grandson not even 5 or 10 minutes and my Grandson starts violently throwing up everywhere. My daughter called back up to the store to let them know and the gentleman on the phone got very rude with her telling her the rest of the apple sauce was fine and that maybe my Grandson was allergic to it or didn't like it. Sorry but my grandson eats apple sauce on the regular with NO ISSUES at all.
