Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

So bought few things, what I wanted, saw faux leather sandals in black, saw my size as listed on hanger was soo happy, until came to church wearing them, thought oh their new so that's why it's tight....NO it was the entirely wrong size, SO I went back to BUY another pair, when got to store there are 3 different colors, AND ALL 3 COLORS have WROnG sizes listed on sandals...Hangers say size 10 and it's actually 8, hanger says 9 and actually an 8, or says 9 and it's an 8...I just left...I called store next day spoke with Manager- Toni, who said I do apologize, but we have a lot of new clerks, so they just must not have noticed all the hangers that have #'s on it...On ANY SANDAL? Guess for new clerks it's a suggestion...so she offer no compensation...which I'm ok just WANTED HELP GETTING RIGHT SIZE....Nope she had not A CarE to give... Absolutely SUCKS...cause I have a shoe that I can not use or give away! Uggghhhhh ....

I am a big fan of Old Navy t-shirts, fun pants, comfortable dresses. Mens causal and comfortable. Carry so.e items in xxl. How come i felt like i didnt belong their? Wonder what happen to their rewards program? Overall good stock.
