Pizza wasn't fresh, took hour plus to arrive, most importantly they "forgot" my eight piece wing after spending 47 dollars! What happened to quality checks? Called to let them know and got put on hold for ten minutes, I told myself imma stop wasting my time with these "throw whatever together" pizza places... Take my advise look around and find a REAL pizza spot

I have always ordered here but today my order was horrible. The pizza tasted awful like re- heated pizza instead of being fresh made. I know how the pizza should taste when it's fresh made and pizza's were not fresh made. This will be the last time I order from pizza hut.

Worst customer service I’m currently on hold with them it’s been about 45 minutes and no answer. All I wanted to do is get the right food I ordered they messed up and now they don’t want to answer the phone to get this fixed. I will be contacting corporate about This

I called 3 times and was picked up and hung up on. My pizza arrived almost an hour after it was sent, the bigger issue was it arrived in a garbage bag and the seal on the box was opened AND the boxes were wet!!! I threw the food out. I dont know what was going on. I immediately contacted corporate office and ordered my food from Dominos! Terrible experience. Why did i add ANY tip to that order???
