This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had with Galpin Ford! I was very dissatisfied with the Northern California Dealerships so I decided to go to Galpin Ford instead in Southern California and could not be happier with the entire journey of ordering and picking up my new Ford Bronco Sport. Galpin Ford has excellent personal service, the sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. This is my first Ford car and I am very happy so far!

My service Experience here is always top quality! Thankful to my service advisor William Hernandez for always taking care of my vehicle. He always gets me in and out in a timely manner. Thankful to the Galpin team for always being friendly and excellent at what they do!

Needed a car for my son as he graduates college and starts his new life. Neil stone helped me get a new 2022 Bronco Sport for him and found me great financing. We couldn’t be happier! AND my son will be safe as he drives the roads/streets of the PNW!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Galpin. I purchased by first brand new car from them recently and Robert M and Dan were so fantastic to work with. They knew the car and color I was looking for and didn't stop until they found exactly what I wanted. They care about their customers and having your business and I can not say I had the same experience in other places while looking for a new car. I am so happy I found Galpin to help me with my purchase. Go work with Robert M, he's fantastic and very knowledgeable about the car you are buying. Thank you again to everyone at Galpin for the help:)

Not satisfied at all. I have warranty and I'm still being charged. Car was the worst purchase ever
Sometimes they have cars outside the restaurant. But you are real close to the cars so can walk right out and look.
It's always busy because their cars are always breaking down and they constantly need repair
I have brought cars in fir ervuce many times. The people are nice, but the service and communication is poor. As Timothy said it will never take less than 2 hrs. I have brought a car in and waited 3 plus hours then finally went to complain only to be told they will not be able to look at it and if the parts are not available as they told me they were. I don't think they realize people plan by what they tell them and have lives. Has I not flagged down my rep today after waiting 3+ hrs I don't know when they would have told me they would not even be looking at it today.
Make a claim with the city have them replace your window but you need to have proof
Thank you very much God bless everyone 🙏🙏🙏
U can also call in for the part u need I'm sure they will help u out
If you need a repair talk to a service writer his name John Philibus😁
I have never have any problems with them...maybe cause I'm always getting o mile cars....but we always need to have our eyes very wide open
No
Call one of the aftermarket dealers on cost of steel bulkhead and add to your van buildup at Galpin
Due to the pandemic they have less mechanics working at one time so that they can keep social distancing protocols in place
Call the dealer.
If you are financing a car you'll need insurance before you drive off the lot. They have temporary insurance options so you can buy your own later.
Gap isn't Insurance you buy for a new car that will keep the insurance the price of the original car without depreciation
Pretty sure is the toll-free number to call them
Just go online and type in Galpin website
Do you have lifetime power train warranty, esta gratis if you bring it every 30000 miles. Go to Gallon, they Must tell you how much before working...
Just go there they will probibly fit you in
You would need the extended warranty paperwork with your bill of sale. Go to the dealer i know head ache. Ask the service department if they can put you in touch with the right person. The ladies there are very sweet and helpful.
Come on down to galpin ford and talk to one of our sales associates whenever you get a chance.
No, with any car you modify you set yourself up, but just a word of advice you should only be worried if you're making more than 400 horsepower or 400 torque
The Lincoln Dealer is across the street, and yes they are a Black Label Dealer.
