Make a claim with the city have them replace your window but you need to have proof
Check with your auto insurance. Bumper to bumper usually doesn't cover glass. That is usually comprehensive coverage.
You'll be covered under your deductible if it's 500 or up to $1,000, a windshield generally cost about $350 so it wouldn't be worth contacting your insurance company

If not go to pick a part, they have company, that replace windows a lot cheaper. Off of San Fernando rd. And Washington st. I've replaced my windows there.

"Act of God" incidental damage. Most likely not covered by warranty but your insurance might if you have stuff like that on your policy. Probably easier and cheaper to get it fixed/filled or replaced.
