I have brought cars in fir ervuce many times. The people are nice, but the service and communication is poor. As Timothy said it will never take less than 2 hrs. I have brought a car in and waited 3 plus hours then finally went to complain only to be told they will not be able to look at it and if the parts are not available as they told me they were. I don't think they realize people plan by what they tell them and have lives. Has I not flagged down my rep today after waiting 3+ hrs I don't know when they would have told me they would not even be looking at it today.
The service department here never takes less than two hours even with an appointment. Plan to be on your representative if it isn't finished in two hours. Otherwise you will waste a day here. It's seriously awful how much they overbook appointments. Your car will sit there if you don't text your service person or call every fifteen minutes. The sales department is good though.
At this dealership customer service is a must when it comes to them satisfying you. Since that question you asked is quite broad in nature, if you're talking about sales, they have banks to negotiate with outside of Ford motor credit and at the same time their goal is to retain you on the next lease or purchase so trust me they will do what it takes to keep you as a customer anyway they can.
I dont know how was the experience for other people but i leased a ford fusion 2016 EX in august 2015 and since since ive been having sooo many issues with it the engine litterally stop working in the middle of the freeway with in the first 5 months they took more than a month to fix they offered no rental, they gave me a really bad service i tried getring another car even if i had to pay more and they were giving me random numbers that ended up leaving me with nothing just a bad experience and waste of time. Luckully im not ever buying or leasing from this dealer again, and trust when i say this you can find much better deals in other dealers. I stress this commentary note very seriously. Galpin Ford in Van Nuys Rocks. Leonard, The Service Mgr. Is amazing. Harry in the service dept. Is my go to guy. They are Very thorough And the workmanship is very good. Don't forget to sign up for their owner advantidge rewards. As, You get kickbacks You can use for future purchases. Put it this way I won't take my forward for service anywhere else. And I mean that.
My husband and I have had only great experiences with Galpin Ford. We LOVE our Ford Flex! Their service department is fast and always very courteous. I have nothing but good to say about them!
