Clean, neat, nice, large. Very good two layers curtains for daylight summer. Got a kitchen too. Free coffee, tea, fruit downstairs in the lobby. Free breakfast from 7:00. Gym and pool if you have spare time. I was completely exhausted from all the trips. Otherwise I would enjoy more facilities in the building. Close to the airport. If you have a car, this is definitely a great place to stay. Stay away from downtown hotels. Noisy as hell at night.

I have stayed at almost every hotel in anchorage and this one is so far one of the better places I have stayed, now I did stay in the king suite which might be why but the place is inviting when you walk in and the rooms are clean and do not smell like most rooms. The beds are still old style coil but feel newer then most as far as bouncing and blow your back out. It was pretty quite if you stay on the side away from the highway because you can hear all the traffic on the highway side and it is pretty loud. The room had nice climate control that other hotels lacked in. I would comfortably stay here again.

For a Home2 Suite this place is mostly a home run. The only complaint I have, and it’s the same everywhere, is they’re understaffed- so I won’t demerit for that. Everyone is struggling and that aside, when something wasn’t up to snuff they fixed it quickly. The one small thing I noticed regularly was the fitness room being out of towels or water but they always fixed quickly upon comment, no problem there. If you’ve been in one of these places you’ve been in enough, they’re all basically the same. The staff here was very friendly, the fitness room was great, the beds were comfortable and the maids came everyday. You have to request daily service as they only come once a week otherwise but when you request, they come. I was in DFW a couple weeks ago and no matter how often you requested, it was like pulling teeth. I’ll be staying here when I come back in a couple weeks, I was very satisfied with the stay.

Great location to/from the airport. Check-in was fine, Diamond honors status wasn't acknowledged. The room was spacious, well equipped and everything in working condition. Breakfast was hit and miss, there was always something that needed to be replenished and seemed like it wasn't. Kind of like, we have 10 bagels today and when they are gone that's it.
