Rooms are a bit beat up, I had asked to switch rooms, staff was able to accommodate. A decent place to stay, breakfast was less than stellar compared to other Marriot type hotels.

Rooms are dirty. Walls in the bathroom have dirt streaks, dust on headboard, there was stains on my sheets. Also for the rooms they have those little coffee packets that are for a 2-4 cup coffee maker and they had a full-size coffee maker. Breakfast was 20 minutes late opening up. The one good thing about my stay was the front desk clerks were extremely nice and welcoming.

Location was great for our needs. Close to a lot of dining and shopping options. Easy on/off the highway. Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Parking wasn't ideal in snowy conditions. The parking lot didn't get cleared until the day we departed. It was nice to have a hot breakfast - albeit repetitive, it was better than brown-bagging. The room was more than we expected and could see why it would be great for business travelers needing to stay longer. However, cannot give 5-star due to terrible heating conditions. The unit was inefficient and loud. The windows were not sealed and we were unable to leave curtains open during the day. That was disappointing. However, we'd stay again - it met all our needs and we'll remember to bring an extra pair of socks next time.
