We had a great experience at this IHOP this morning. Everyone there was so friendly, warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The food was cooked perfectly and served hot. Great job team!

Keng is an awesome server. He's conscientious, attentive and always smiling. He's very customer service oriented. I've tried to recruit him for my employer but no luck so far. IHOP protein blueberry pancakes were delicious especially with the blueberry syrup.

Long wait for foods ordered. A Saturday morning, seems busy with a 15 minutes wait to get a table. At the table, took 5 minutes before waiter notice my family and I. The waiter took our orders and that took over 50 minutes to get it. Our table did not get checked up on often and honestly it didn't not seem that packed in the restaurant. The waiter apologized for the delay which we can understand that making the foods is out of his control. When we got our check, I had to find the waiter to pay before leaving since it didn't seem like they were going to come for it. I paid with cash plus tips and left. I tipped for the effort of the waiter but I do not plan on going back to this specific IHOP again.

Very good food and service at this location. The only draw back (why I rated it a 4) is the noise level. Wearing a hearing aide and being able to hear table conversation is not doable for me due to the open floor plan, no table dividers, tile floors and walls that bounce the noise off instead of absorbing it. But I still go here often for the food.
