I've made two trips down to this place and before I came down the first time I called them to make sure that they were able to do the repair and then I got there and they did not have the proper equipment the second time I had to take an Uber and drive 40 minutes and the lady that I talked to said they could do repair and she would see me when I got there but when I go out there I found out that they have people answering the calls from a national call center and they did not tell me that I would have to leave my phone there for 48 hours they all who did not tell me that the store that I was told to go to was not able to do repairs on any Samsungs that day because their equipment was down

Excellent!! Honest and knowledgeable place. Went in thinking I needed camera lens repair and was told I actually didn’t. I didnt realize my spouse put on a lens protector. They could have said nothing and led me to believe they repaired my broken lens!! I highly recommend.

Replaced y back plate on my phone after my camera lense broke.. but since 8ve been dropping service alit not sure the reason bur still. 3 days later still issues with my 0hone.. dont know if something wrong they did or not..

Great experience. Got what I paid for! Phone was repaired like new after screen crack. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Got the insurance plan for my Nintendo switch.
