I haven’t been to red lobster in years so today we finally had time to go and it was crowded so I was excited. The service was good but the food was absolutely horrible! It literally tasted like it was microwaved. The scallops were gummy and watery. The shrimp was tiny. The mashed potatoes were unnaturally creamy and watery, they seemed old and again microwaved. Just extremely disappointing. We definitely make better seafood at home which is where I’ll be staying next time I want seafood.

The highlight was our server. She was incredible. Her demeanor and attitude were 5 stars. Plus, she was never difficult to find. Highly attentative without hovering. Truly all the things a person would enjoy about their server. The food was okay with highs and lows. The cheddar Bay biscuits were good, but did not taste consistent. Majority of the food was done well. My calamari was subpar. Some was excellent, and some was disgusting. A combination of both worlds. My walts shrimp was undercooked. My server promptly had it replaced. It returned still slightly under. I did not make a major deal of it because seafood is difficult to nail even in a seafood restaurant. This current visit was a 4 Star experience. The 3 star rating is because usually the restaurant is okay. Never really anything that makes this location stand out or fail in comparison.

I've been coming here since I was a child & it was my father's birthday so I took him & our family here. Everything was great as usual & our waitress Sarah was such a sweetheart and made our experience amazing. Staff sung Happy birthday & gave complementary ice cream which was nice. Only complaint was the seafood pasta & cod. Both were very bland, we took home & seasoned it ourselves.

Yes you can but you may find the lobster a little chewy if you get it cooled down and reheated. Everything else is fine.
I will admit I work at Red Lobster and we take this very seriously we lost an employee from this reatrsaunt a beloved employee . Starting at the front door the host whips everything off door handles benches the front of the podium with sanitizer. We use paper menus you'll notice nothing is on your table no salt and pepper sugar sweetener your server will wash their hands and use sanitizer which is available everywhere, we always wear mask and wash our hands when entering the alley ( kitchen) where we put on gloves, we take them before entering the dining room. If you need salt and pepper we will bring you a set that has been santized if you need sugaror sweetener we will ask which you prefer and bring what you need. Steak sauce hot sauce will be served in separate cups. The alley and kitchen are completely wiped down every 10 minutes and the santizer water we use will make our towels turn yellow when it needs changed, we can only lift our masks to drink. We are doing our part!
