I recently took my car in for an alignment at the West Mifflin location using the lifetime alignment that I purchased at the Bethel Park location 2 years ago. I have had it aligned at both locations more than once. Shortly after I dropped off the car, the manager at Firestone (West Mifflin) called me up to tell me that they could not get my car on the rack, it was too low. This was untrue, the car is indeed lowered about 1", but it is still higher off of the ground than any sports car; I have a stock Honda S2000 that sits lower. He insisted it was too low, even though he admitted that they did not even try to get it on the rack (which it has been on before). Clearly they just didn't want to perform this service, which is free for me because of the lifetime alignment. I will never return to this location and will advise my friends to avoid it.
