The drive thru was very busy so we went in for service. We had to use a kiosk to order since no one was at the register even though there were 5 workers inside. We only ordered 2 McFlurries. It took them 11 minutes to make and bring to the table. Very slow service. We were the only customers inside. But the Mcflurries were tasty but very small in size. For $2.99 you get a small cup but nice little treat.

WHAT WAS I THINKING. Who trained this staff??? I ordered a TWO CHEESEBURGER meal first. The staff member said that did not exist. I explained to her I was looking at the screen it was a number seven she again told me there was no two cheeseburger meal. After asking me if I was done after every single item, my order was completed about 12 minutes later. At the window they did try to confirm but half of the order was wrong. I went over it again with a second employee and everything seemed okay.they were nice, just struggling to get the order correct. That is until I got to the next window. The girl handed me three drinks and I asked for a trade carrier and my fourth drink and she said I never ordered a fourth drink but I did! Lol. After I corrected her she told me to just pull over. Somebody brought our food out a few minutes later but then barked at me and told me I never ordered the fourth drink that I definitely did they just couldn't get the order right. The first two I came across were friendly but had some trouble with the order the next two were downright rude. Everything that I received was absolutely old and cold and by the way they messed up the order. My double quarter pounder has one patty.

Wow this was my first time dining in a Mickey D's in a long time. I must say it was very nice. There are kiosks now and a lot of artwork and a whole TV. Workers were friendly and the food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time.

For McDonald's it's not too shabby. Like most of them try and go during the day the night time crew seems to just throw the food together and not care. But it's that way and mostly every fast food place. The day people are on point. Timely and get you you're food and out of there fast! Nothing like some cheap Ole McDonald's every once and awhile!
