The staff was extremely kind and my food was fresh… had to wait a little bit since it was so hot! The only downside is that most the the tables were dirty and it was freezing inside. They also forgot my second cheeseburger, but mistakes happen.

waited 50 minutes for a big mac and fries. The lady was on her phone and taking her good old time. Also, they gave me literally 10 fries.

They arbitrarily close at a whim. Don’t bother checking online for when they’re open. Don’t bother checking the sign on the store either. Seems like there’s a 50/50 chance it will be open at any given time, regardless of the information THEY post.

It was ok but the tables was dirty and the workers can't clean them fact enough. In fact there wasn't enough. People who ordered food but didn't get it or was waiting in line to order would sit in the few that was there and then people with food had to wait to sit. Staff was great personality and friendly. It was the seating and the way getting your food was hard because the line would sit and then say oh I'm next or whatever, maybe a line markers or rope ups 🤔

Question - Why do some of the cashiers elect to have full blown, non-work related conversations with each other before waiting on one lone customer?

Improper training don't care about the customer and no interactions with social life interactions with people so they don't know how to speak to people because all they ever dealt with is there handheld computer / cell phone if it's not a video game or social media they don't care about you
