I don't remember seeing a chicken chalupa on the menu and I don't think they have it anymore but that was my favorite food from them. I got the chicken quesadilla and it was blah. Very plain, I guess I was suppose to customize it.....idk. it's been a few years since I've been to a Taco Bell. I do you remember that I didn't like their ground beef much. It's not so much the taste but the texture. Not really sure if it's even real ground beef. But I do love their cinnamon twists and Cinnabons. This is all I can say since I've not tried most of their menu.

The quality of this location has been steadily declining over the past year or two. Every time I've gone in the last year something was either wrong with my order and/or service was very slow, but my last visit was the final straw for me. I have told multiple people not to go here now, including someone who is nearby frequently and has been considering going. During my most recent visit, I had placed an order through the app in advance. When I arrived it wasn't ready despite the app saying it was ready for pick up. This happens, i get it. But then I proceeded to wait for no shorter than 45 minutes in the store for my food, which is absolutely inexcusable. I was asked multiple times if I'd been helped by multiple employees and I explained the situation but no one ever came back with an update or appeared to do anything about it. They didn't appear to be short staffed either, and plenty of orders were going out the drive thru. Finally, I saw what seemed to be my order being prepared but it was taken to the drive thru window instead of the front of store where I was. I heard the employee at the drive thru read my name and say that wasn't the order they needed, but no one brought it to me. I approached the counter to get someone's attention, but the employees seemed to be actively avoiding making eye contact with me at this point. I had to loudly ask for my food. Someone brought it to me and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager didn't even wait to hear what I had to say and immediately dismissed my concerns saying she couldn't do anything about it. I'm not unreasonable. I know working in fast food and service industry in general is harder than people give it credit it for, and I know most employees are treated poorly and paid even worse. I used to work at a taco bell myself, so I'm even familiar with this aspect. I try to give workers as much leniency as I can. I am now actively telling people not to go to this location. To be made worse, a complaint was filed on the taco bell app and there was no follow up or refund.

They had no unsweet tea, that's all my mom can drink cause she's diabetic. They had no spoons, didn't put sour cream on my tacos. Out of all fast food employees taco bells are the dumbest. They look so clueless. Don't go to Edgewood go to forest hills instead.

As a delivery driver, this is one of my favorite stores. The crew are amazing! This store is always busy... ALWAYS! Most of the crew are young kids, maybe college age or younger. There are always grumpy customers who just can't understand what's taking so long. And they never let it get to them. I don't think I could handle it the way they do. It's not the best 💰 maker. Unless another driver gave up waiting and unassigned the order I'm picking up, I always wait at least 10 minutes. I'll accept an offer from here if the pay is reasonable and I need a break. It gives me a chance to relax a little and gather myself and to run interference on any customers heckling these kids. Or if I need gas (GetGo is right next door). If you're a customer, use the ap and order 15 minutes ahead. If you're a driver, just know what's involved when you get an offer for this store. Either way, you'd BETTER not let me catch you harassing my kids!
