The cashier today (7/10/22) was very nice and didn't have an attitude at all. I usually just do an online order because it's faster for both the workers and myself. Not sure if the dining room was open but I was given the option to pick up in-store but I wasn't taking a chance. From previous reviews it seems that the dining room is still closed and they're not getting any applicants. I just can't believe how no one wants to work anymore and the government isn't forcing able-bodied people back to work.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the company, and that's a bold statement in of itself. It's not as if my expectations are that high. You put meat and cheese in a shell, with some lettuce and tomatoes, and the customer is on their way. At best, it takes them about 20 minutes to get you through the drive thru. At worst, they're just closed for any number of reasons. Deep fryer broke. Power's out...while their lights are still on and they're telling you this via a drive thru speaker. Water main break that only effects them... I don't know who owns this store, but if you can't figure out why you're not making money, I suggest looking into how many customers your staff is turning away daily.

Placed a mobile order and when it said it was ready I went to pick it up only to find they did not have it. The order clearly stated their address. The manager was rude and unaccommodating and told me to leave her drive thru so I went to Waterworks store instead. Now I just need to get my refund from this place.

Called Taco Bell to ask when mobile ordering would be available again. The employee told me it wasn’t available today. So I told them I know that, but want to know when it would be available this week. The employee got angry with me and said with anger in his voice “I already told you! It’s not available today!” and hung up on me. If he would of just told me he didn’t know, I would of been fine With that answer. If you want to be treated with respect, I would advise staying away from this location! The employees have a real attitude problem it would seem.

They also have trouble charging the correct amount due. I bought 4/.99 tacos and a $2.99 item. They said $12.09 was due?? I corrected them. They didn't understand. 4-$1 items, plus $2.99 item= $6.95+tax. It took at least a half hour before even the manager understood. Really??
I had trouble there too. I quit going
