The sign in the window says "Dining Room Open", but the front door is locked. Saturday, July 23rd, 12:45. I went somewhere else... Edit, in response to "the owner": No, you weren't closed. The Drive-Thru was open, but I didn't feel like eating in my car. Do you even know what is going on at your restaurant?

Lowest quality Arby’s in the Pittsburgh area. From receiving wrong orders to stale buns and sloppy sandwiches. Wether they have one car in the drive-thru or a whole line they are unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. They may be understaffed but that’s an issue they need to address themselves and not take it out on customers.

I ordered 4 Buffalo chicken sandwich meals and was given a chicken tender sandwich which appeared to have synthetic cheese on it(pictured below) I ordered through Uber eats and still managed to receive fries that taste like they had been reheated in a microwave, I did call to advise the mgr and she advised me it’s only 2 of them working there, and they have a drive thru line to the highway, which I guess was my fault. If you need to get anything from them I would suggest doing so in person and check your items before leaving the drive thru window.

Great service at this location. Not the best entrance/exit, but it's not their fault. Can't go wrong with 2-5 happy hour. Seem to be understaffed during Covid, but I didn't have to wait longer than usual. Never had an order messed up!We greatly appreciate your feedback.
