This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Pittsburgh. Lights off at 9:30 PM and employees pretend that you aren’t there. Constantly a line, not because of a high volume of cars but because the operations are so slow. Milkshakes are perpetually broken. Super rude employees. In moments of desperation I give this place another chance and every single time this location proves the incompetence of the entire staff. Cut the leaders of this restaurant loose and pay your employees more to attract people that actually want to be there.

Slow service, employees need customer service training and food preparation. The food we ordered was thrown together and the employees at the drive thru pick up window don't thank you most of the time. Every once in a while they have an employee with a positive attitude.

I have been here about five times and I only got what I ordered twice. Coffee was undrinkable multiple times. One time they ran out of coffee and without asking they filled half the cup with cream. Always slow and understaffed. This place is terrible. They need to hire some people and a good manager. Maybe paying people better would help. I don't know. I hate coming here. Only do it when I absolutely have to. It's a time gamble. Twice I got through in 5 minutes. Three times it took 25 minutes.
