Service is good but food is not up to the level. I have never seen such a thin patty in any other shop. See the picture. McDonald has to meet the expectation of the customers.

I’m genuinely thankful I don’t live near this store. The manager on duty was on of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in my life. They were having an issue with the mobile order. Okay fine. I understand. Then the lady proceeeds to argue with me saying what I told her I ordered was not in fact what I ordered. Even though I showed her on my phone. She rang the order up manually after we confirmed I was refunded from my mobile purchase. From there we pulled up to the next window where we could hear the same lady yelling “make sure they don’t get anything extra then what they ordered” I wanted to ask her if I appeared as though I needed a handout. The most annoying thing for me wasn’t even all of that. It was that we pulled away and back on the road before realizing we didn’t even get our chocolate milk from the order. The vile woman was more concerned about us somehow getting something for free, that she was clearly unable to verify we got everything we paid for. Upon inspecting the receipt we noticed there is a tax 1 and 2. Smart move to get extra money from each guest. Sales tax here being 7% the tax 1 is 6% and tax 2 is 1% which ends up charging you an additional penny. Maybe this restaurant is just genuinely so used to robbing people (it would make sense why the manager was worried I would get something for free). There is literally no way I will ever consider stepping foot back in this McDonald’s. Also - the order was about $3 cheaper on the mobile order then it was when we had to repay. Somehow we ended up paying for the chocolate milk, even though I’m pretty sure it comes with happy meals but I could be wrong.
