Recieved a loan thru chevy. APR is good BUT full of hidden charges. They tried to tack on $250x2 and $500. They sum it up as other charges for online banking, paperless and other charges. They also are attempting to charge my girlfriend 250 for a typo that the insurance company had done. Had my loan of $88,706 for six months. Every week I get a call or notification that there is something wrong. It's almost 8 hours a week I have to deal with something with OCCU. By far the WORST customer service. It's almost as bad as the people calling you about you vehicles extended warranty scam. I'd be happy to pay more APR for better service. I'm going somewhere else and refinancing. I recommend you do the same..

Was able to go to another lender and get a better rate. Staff at the branch in Salem is efficient and pleasant.

I went in and opened up a new account, because they approved my car loan. Very nice service. Clean, following social distancing guidelines. I switched over from a bank I've had over 5 years. Convienent, and they are open on Saturday's!!!! I was driving 40 miles away for the nearest Bank, that I was using.. I relocated from another State and the bank I was using is more popular up there, than here. I am glad I switched to OCCU!! Thanks for the excellent service. I forgot that guy's name though that helped me.

Got loan through Subaru dealership, loan rates ok, but customer service worst I ever experience. After providing them twice with proof of insurance, they placed Collateral Protection Insurance on my loan and tried to charge me $ 525 to cover their interest, in the past two months, It made no sense. When I called rep was rude and belligerent. When Geico faxed insurance proof, they still didn't remove CPI. Also, first bank I ever dealt with that had huge $ 275 prepayment penalty and also $ 275 penalty for changing from e-statements to paper, funny since they send me statement in mail when I am on Autopay. Which they screwed up the first month also.
