Continuously the best place I've ever banked. I have tried other credit unions, and other banks, but this place really is the best if you live in the Salem area. I have been with them since 2011 when I opened an account after joining the Army National Guard, I honestly feel its the safest bank for those finances to go to, and at the time I didn't know much about USAA, plus I really like having local banks that I know I am talking to when I need assistance. Even when I've had to dispute transactions, or need some financial advise, they've had my back. I've had several loans with them over the years as well and they offer great interest rates to their members. You can personal service, and much of the staff has been there for as long as I can remember. Thank you so much to their team for such great service.

This is a terrible CU!! I would not recommend keeping your money with this CU!! Changes were made to an IRA and they have sent out incorrect 1099 R three different time. These 1099 Rs are reported to the IRS. It is mid March and my issues are still not resolved. How can a CU make these types of mistakes. They may make mistakes with your money too!! This is very serious!

I've heard wonderful things so I decided to take my son there to open an account and also apply for a small loan for a car. They were all so helpful. Jennifer was so helpful, polite and walked through every step with my son. As parents we want to be with our child when making important decisions and I just sat back and felt very comfortable with Jennifer and my son talking and me not interrupting 😂😂 I have two more boys and I will be taking them there when the time comes. You and your family are in good hands. I can honestly say, I have never felt that way towards any type of eshtablishment but this one. Thank you Jennifer for all of your help.

You can use any ATM anywhere at any credit union that is a member of the co-op. The ATM will have a CO-OP or accel logo on it and there will be no charge.
